02Account Registration & Eligibility

newpklackTo open an account with newpklack, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. newpklack reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false information.

• Your name, mobile number, and email must be genuine and active.
• Multiple accounts under the same person, household, or device are not permitted.
• You may be required to submit your NID or passport for identity verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

04Betting & Gaming Rules

• The minimum bet is ৳10 and the maximum bet is ৳50,000 per event.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Accepting a bonus requires completing the rollover requirement specified for that bonus.
• The welcome bonus rollover requirement is generally 10–20x.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.

06Responsible Gaming Policy

• Self-exclusion allows you to take a break from your account for a specified period.
• Once a cooling-off period is activated, placing bets will not be possible during that time.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping minors away from gaming.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of the balance.

• Registering using another person's identity.
• Match fixing or insider-information-based fraudulent betting.
• Using hacking tools, bots, or automated software to play.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time upon request. newpklackalso reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account where necessary.

• To close your account yourself, please submit a request via live chat.
• Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Re-registration after a permanent account closure is strictly prohibited.
